It’s a new year, a new you. No more stressing, more organization, so many aspirations for this new year that we are just beginning!   Let’s be honest, it is not possible for most people to just say “Ok, I am starting fresh.” and let go of any previous stress (unless they employ someone to bound a hammer on their head giving them amnesia). Usually, we carry our stress and it shows. In our subconscious, our physical health, and how we interact with others. It’s not that easy to just wish or declare away.

Now what if I told you that just by applying or diffusing a little bit of essential oils, you could help you make it through? Too good to be true? Well, it is true! These awesome oils have powerful, potent properties that can help bring peace, ease, and relaxation to you on a mental and physical level. (Side note, if you want to fight the stress at the core and really ban it for good. You’ll need to take some simple action on what it is that you are stressed about.)

New Year, New You Blend

  • 3 Drops Roman Chamomile
  • 5 Drops Lavender
  • 2 Drops Vetiver

If I am applying this on my body I add about 2 tbsp of sweet almond oil to dilute it and put it in a glass container for easy access.
If I diffuse it, I just put the drops of essential oils right into the water.
But if you want to de-stress without having to play mad-scientist with multiple oils, you can get a pre-made oil blend too. My favorite is Balance.
Balance is a beautiful blend of spruce, ho wood, blue tansy and frankincense. It is great for getting grounded, centered, and back to base.
